Learn about a day in the life of an Aldersgate Associate on a self-paced walking tour of the campus. enjoy some fellowship and local BBQ at our open house event in The Gathering Place. Witness the dedication of the Tod Bishop Memorial Therapuetic Center as we pray over it and officially open its doors.

Schedule O f Events
9:45am Gates Open
The gates will open for visitors to begin coming on campus, parking, and registering for a tour. Please make sure that you park in the designated areas and that you register at the front office of the Avinelle-McWhirter Administration Building when you arrive. You will receive a welcome packet that will include a campus map with all of the tour areas.
10:00am Tours Begin
Our staff will be in place and the self-paced walking tours will begin. There will beaccomodations for those who need transportation. Again, please make sure that you register at the Administration building and let the staff know that special accomodations are needed. The walking tour is self-paced and there is no particular order. Simply pick a place on the map and make your way there. Once you arrive, there will be short intermittent tours of that facility given by the manager of that area. Be sure to visit every area so that you can be entered into a drawing for some great prizes!
12:00pm Lunch Served
A BBQ lunch will be served in The Gathering Place located on the north end of the Avinelle-McWhirter Administration Building. Please include any food allergies or special accomodations on your RSVP below.
12:30pm Special Presentation
The Aldersgate Board, Staff, and Associates will give a brief presentation about Aldersgate, its history, and its future. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions or share stories of your own about Aldersgate during this time.
1:00pm Dedication
We will do a prayer and dedication for the Tod Bishop Memorial Therapuetic Center before officially opening the doors.
