Why become a partner?
For nearly 40 years, Aldersgate Enrichment Center has been a place where adults with special needs are valued, empowered, and given meaningful opportunities to work, grow, and shine. One of the most important parts of our mission happens every single workday - we provide a hot, home-cooked meal to all 60 associates who serve alongside us.
For many of our associates, this meal is more than food. Its is fellowship. It is dignity. It is a reminder that they are loved and cared for by their community and by the Lord.
